I ordered Unreleased Item and did not get that?
There can be difference between unreleased items and the items that actually make to the market. Unreleased Items are tentatively sold before release. If any of the item listed in unreleased and does not make to the market or cannot be sent for any reason, you will receive refund for the amount charged for that specific item. If that item was included in a package that contained multiple or other items, you will only be refunded for the part of payment that we received for the specific item that could not be sent.
I ordered a package (of multiple & different items) only because of this (any single) Item, I did not get that Item now and now I want full refund
First of all it does not work like this. A complete package when offered is a total of individual cost of each item included in the package. Its only offered to facilitate you purchasing all items in 1 click. If you order full package, you pay a total of each item within the package, but just in 1 go. If for any reason, any of the item cannot be sent, you will be refunded back for the amount charged for that specific product. You'll not be refunded full amount of the package just because 1 out of 10 items could not be sent.
Another reason to refuse this claim of buying full package for just 1 product is, that you can buy each and every item in a single unit from us. You do not need to order packages of multiple products if you are only interested in getting one.
Can I gift any package to my friends or family?
Yes, You can gift any package to your friends and family. But for safety of most clients, we have a rule that you should have at least one completed sale on your own ID that is used for payment. Please remember to clearly mention your friends facebook ID.
What is your refund policy?
We offer 100% refund if we have not worked for you. So any time, if you change your mind, you can contact us. We will refund your full payment if your order was not queued for delivery. We will not keep your money if we have not worked for you. Refunds are posted every day, so no refund should take more than 24 hours.
You are bullshit, scam, cheating, etc.
If you ordered services with us, and we did not provide that and did not refund your money, you are free to say this. But we are not responsible for any cheating you faced previously from other people. We work sincerely for our clients and we take payment via secure Paypal gateway. Paypal is not only safe for sellers, but its also safe for buyers. We need to mention here, we resolve all payment issues in favor of clients (unless we have completed their purchase). We do not like to have disputes and if you decide to open dispute on paypal, we will refund your payment and will never work for you again even if that was a mistake.
